7. Cancellation and Refunds

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, materials provided to a customer are intended for that customer's own use and may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DIRECTIS IMMO shall not be liable for losses resulting from decisions made independently by a customer based on consulting information where the relevant outcome depends on circumstances outside DIRECTIS IMMO's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable French or European consumer protection legislation.
